I’ve lived in St. Petersburg for the past five years, and it’s truly home to me. I own my place here and have spent a lot of time getting to know the city beyond just the map — grabbing coffee at places like Concrete, biking the Pinellas Trail when I need to clear my head, meeting friends for a drink at Intermezzo, or catching live music and festivals down at the St. Pete Pier.

Before real estate, I was a teacher, which gave me a real appreciation for schools and how important they are when choosing where to live. Between that and simply being out in the community every day, I’ve gotten a feel for how different neighborhoods actually live and breathe, not just how they look on paper.
